JOBLINGE deliberately breaks new ground in order to solve the challenges of the transition from school to work in dialog with business, the public sector and the target group itself.
\nThrough interdisciplinary innovation processes, we develop approaches that are transferable and can therefore also be used by other stakeholders.

\nPublic authorities, companies, associations, educational institutions and – the target group itself. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

These principles characterize the development of new JOBLINGE approaches nationwide.
\nBecause we don’t just want to be effective where we have fixed locations, we use the “Mission Day” format to enter into discussions with other important stakeholders in the school-to-work transition.
\nAt Mission Day, representatives from youth employment agencies, companies, educational institutions and young adults themselves work on how best to establish contact with young people in the transition system <\/p>\n

This is because it is important for us not to blindly follow our assumptions about the target group of young people and, in the worst case, to plan without taking needs into account.
