Through the AsA flex (Flexible Assisted Training) program, JOBLINGE supports all trainees in successfully completing their apprenticeships. AsA flex is funded by the Federal Employment Agency as well as regional job centers and is therefore free of charge for trainees and companies. The program offers comprehensive subject-specific tutoring and educational support. In this way, AsA flex ensures sustainable careers in vocational training and also strengthens the region’s economy. JOBLINGE currently offers expert support during vocational training through the AsA flex program in Ludwigshafen and Troisdorf .
The support provided by experts through AsA flex—much like the traditional JOBLINGE apprenticeship support—offers individually tailored assistance. This includes help with difficulties at vocational school or at the training company, guidance on all questions related to the apprenticeship, support with personal issues, and tutoring in all apprenticeship trades. In addition, at our locations, we also provide individualized support for developing theoretical knowledge in specific subjects.
All apprentices and training companies in the regions of Ludwigshafen and Troisdorf—which we currently support—can take advantage of this free offer. This free support from our experts is flexible and tailored to individual needs. So you can get started whenever you need to—whether you’re in the middle of your training or just getting started.

Transparent and successful since 2008
JOBLINGE, a nonprofit initiative, was founded in 2008 by the Boston Consulting Group and the Eberhard von Kuenheim Foundation of BMW AG to demonstrate that experts can reliably achieve success with young people. This is achieved by collaborating with the business community, volunteers, and the public sector. JOBLINGE places approximately 80 percent of all young people in the program into apprenticeships and ensures that they successfully complete their training. It is more successful than any other initiative supporting the transition from school to work.
