Why We’re Needed
In Germany, 2.8 million young adults do not have a vocational degree. The shortage of skilled workers is worsening—and potential remains untapped. Every vocational training program creates opportunities and strengthens our region.
Our Solution
JOBLINGE engages young people after school, provides them with guidance, and supports them until they complete their vocational training—including through the PLAN A vocational training initiative.

Serafym came to Germany from Ukraine in 2022. After fleeing his home country, he initially had to put his original career goal—to become a police officer—on hold. Through the JOBLINGE program and hands-on experience, he discovered his passion for electrical engineering. Since March 2025, he has been completing an entry-level qualification program at Provadis, where he has already been offered a spot in a subsequent apprenticeship—an important step toward a new professional future.
