By 2025, we had engaged approximately 6,500 young people through PLAN A, supported about 1,400 young adults in our core program, and achieved a placement rate of just under 80 percent. In our apprenticeship support program and the basecamps, we provided guidance to nearly 3,000 apprentices.
Behind these results are structures that we are continuously refining. One example is the Impact Fund: Together with our partners, we are refining a funding model that aligns support more closely with the actual impact achieved for young people.
